My Policies

Please read all policies before booking — this ensures a smooth, stress-free appointment.

HOURS

My availability is based on my work schedule and opens 2–3 weeks in advance.

Available Days: Monday • Tuesday • Thursday • Friday

Closed: Wednesday • Saturday • Sunday

If you do not see availability for a certain day, please contact me directly — I may still be able to accommodate you.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

• Hair must be washed, detangled, and fully blow dried the day before or day of your appointment.
• Hair must be free of oils, creams, or heavy products.
• Please book the correct style, size, and add-ons. Styles cannot be changed the day of service.
• Do not schedule other appointments around your braid appointment — timing varies per client.
• If unsure about hair length or pack amount, please send a photo before booking.
• If you need help choosing a style, feel free to message me.

DEPOSIT POLICY

• A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your total balance and can be sent via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
• Your remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
• Deposits must be sent within 48 hours after appointment confirmation.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.
• Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay
• No refunds once a service has started.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• No-call / no-shows will be banned from future booking.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

• 15-minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
• After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

HOUSE CALLS / TRAVEL

• Travel fee: $5 per mile round trip
